Connect with Rockefeller Center visitors to gain insight into their on-site experience, how that compared to their experience at other NYC tourist attractions and determine individual visitor sentiment.
Meshh installed a closed Wi-Fi network to deliver rich media surveys direct to visitors’ personal devices, attracting in-the-moment responses, without using mobile data or existing Wi-Fi bandwidth. Meshh delivered against their targets with 50% less brand ambassadors and 35% less days than previous years’ methodology.
