Gather critical performance data in lower Manhattan’s Brookfield Place during the 2019 Light Up Luminaries installation, in order to fuel future corporate and brand partnerships.
Meshh collected data over a 6 week period, via semi-permanent sensors installed in 8 key identified areas.
Strategic, yet discreet placements permitted optimal measurement of visitor engagement and footfall without affecting the installation’s aesthetics.
INSIGHTS & ACTIONS
Meshh was able to deliver insight into how engagement within the space differed from week to week, as well as at each location throughout, by accounting for factors such as time of day, new vs repeat visitors and tenant vs local behaviors.
By comparing data from this event against previous deployments, Meshh was also able to report on visitor behaviour differences across multiple events.
